A little alone time with our big girl
As you can imagine, with 2 little ones at home with me all of the time, I don't get much alone time with Korie. With her being out of school and me being off of work, the 2 rugrats are still going to daycare twice a week. So, it's a pretty great and rare opportunity to spend some time with my Korie bug. So, today was craft day. We decided to drag out all of my old stampin' supplies (from back before I had 3 kids) and stamp away. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. It snowed outside and we were nice and toasty warm inside by the fire. Tomorrow we are heading to Medford and hopefully going to see a movie.
Our hard earned results. Don't be surprised if you get one in the mail sometime soon.

I hope everyone has a blessed Christmas and got to spend some great quality time with family and friends. This is my favorite time of year and I am sad that it is over so quickly. OK, so it's not totally over, we still have my parents coming for a visit this weekend. Anyway, here are a few pics from some of our events.
This was too precious. Korie wrote a letter to Santa, thanking him and God for everything that she has. She asked that he bring some wood for "Mom" for the house. Funny and sad at the same time. After she wrote the letter, she left it on the kiddie table with some cookies we baked and threw some decorative confetti on it, which was too cute. Here is a pic of the little artists decorating and funny spelling of Santa's name.
I have learned over the years that it's not worth taking a ton of pictures of opening presents. I spend too much time taking pictures and miss out on the excitement that's in front of me. So, I take only a few. I had to be sure and share one of Mark checking out his new riffle. I am pretty sure that if we girls wouldn't have been there, he would have started either drooling or making out with the thing. He was pretty excited.

Miss Queen of the World
It's so interesting how siblings can be so different. Little Kinley Shea is giving me a definite run for my money in trying to keep her out and off of things. She is CONSTANTLY dragging things out of cupboards, drawers, toy chests, etc. Her latest thing is climbing on everything. The higher the better.
Here she is climbing on her Christmas present that UPS dropped off. Just wait until she opens it! She'll be so excited.

We love recycled toys. This was a gift for Kali from my parents. Now it's been handed down to Kinley.
On another note...those of you who have had to listen to me complain about the class I am taking for work...I am almost done. My final is this week...woohooo. Man am I glad I am on the other side of the spectrum of education now. Although, learning really never ends.

Dedicated to Jodi

What is Korie going to do when Nevada isn't around? I don't know many horses that a little girl can just hop on, no saddle, no bit...and lead around. He's such a special guy.
Our cutie pie little Kali is at that awkward hair stage where we are trying to grow her hair out, including bangs. She always looks like she just rolled out of bed. Here is a particularly great style for her!!!!
