Unfortunately, I am not able to update our blog from home right now. So, new postings will be limited for a while. But, I do have a few pictures that Jodi took of Kinley last week. Thanks for the pics Mama D! All 3 girls are doing great. Kali loves her "baby." She gets a little jealous once in a while, usually in the mornings. Having another baby in the house is pretty much the same ol' song and dance to Korie. Kinley is growing like crazy. She has tummy problems and wants to eat all of the time, so she is probably going to be a "round" chunky baby. Hey, whatever makes her happy!
On Sunday afternoon we were blessed with the arrival of our sweet baby girl. Her name is Kinley Shea and she weighed 7 lbs. 14. oz. I think I pushed for a total of 8 minutes and she was out...but don't let that fool you...it hurt!!!! Because she was born so quickly, she was VERY purple and bruised. Poor girls face was swollen for a day or two, but is starting to look better. We are home now and everyone is doing well. Kinley doesn't look anything like Kali or Korie (in my opinion). Actually, she looks EXACTLY like Mark. Not sure if it's because of the black hair or what. We are so happy to finally have her here and that she is healthy. More pictures to come....
Life here for us has been pretty crazy. Korie is keeping us busy with her activities and all the running around. Mark is working like crazy right now, building a custom home and trying to keep up with North Country Memorials, plus all of the work that needs to be done around the ranch. I have been working 2 very full days a week at COS and pretty much spend the rest of the week chasing after the girls and playing "taxi Mama." There is definitely no sitting around eating Bon Bons. Korie is enjoying her summer participating in swim team and horse activities. Kali is growing like crazy and repeating EVERYTHING we say. It seems like she is saying a new word every day. Her favorite word is to tell her sister to "stop." Little baby girl P is getting big, as is her Mama. We had a slight scare on Sunday night. I woke up at 1:30 a.m. with horrible contractions, back pain, the whole 9 yards. I was very close to going to the hospital, but they just quit out of the blue. I went to see the doctor the next day and was told that I am dilated to 1, 60% effaced and that the baby's head was "very" low. She told me I needed to take it easy for a few weeks. Try telling THAT to a 20 month old little active baby!!! So, I am trying to take her advice. I guess I probably shouldn't have been on the 4 wheeler that day chasing cows. So, in a nutshell, that is what's going on here. We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our baby girl, which could be at any time, but hopefully not for a few weeks!
I think it's pretty safe to say, we have a little water baby on our hands. Kali LOVES to "help" me water the flowers. Of course, she usually ends up soaking wet, so we decided her birthday suit was in order for today.
Sometimes at bed time, Korie will go to bed before Kali and then Kali follows about 15 minutes later. Many times when this happens, Kali will quietly disappear and when Mark and I go looking for her, this is what we find. Pretty sweet!!!!
Our herd of Red Angus is slowly growing. Korie loves to go out and give them special attention since they are in the field right in front of the house.

This past weekend Korie got to go on a special weekend trip to the Oregon coast dunes with her Daddy and Aunt Sunshine's family, plus a few family friends. Unfortunately, Kali was sick, so she and I stayed home. Here comes the gang!!!
I don't see anything wrong with their outfits, but I guess Mark and Korie were quite the style icons while camping!
As much as her Daddy may protest, I think we have a little Lefty in the family, like her Mama!!!!
This weekend was the first warm weekend of the year. Korie took full advantage of it and saddled up Nevada, at least 4 different times. I took these pictures from the house; my goal is to get a better camera before baby number 3 comes...I swear!!!!
