Where's the beef?

Mark has recently obtained one of his many life goals...we now have 54 registered Red Angus cows/heifers. We also obtained a bull; his name is Great Northern. He is only 2 but is quite the studly guy in the making. Needless to say, although it's a lot more mouths to feed, Mark is in heaven. I think he would let them eat at the dinner table with us if I let him.
